We changed cars shortly after making the original booking. I notified BonVoyage and the change was noted immediately and confirmed. Our journey back from South Africa was delayed by 24 hrs. All it took was a message to Bon Voyage and the return pick-up went like clockwork. Without doubt, the best valet parking service we’ve used at Heathrow.

If your flight is delayed, please ring Bon Voyage Heathrow as soon as possible. We do our utmost to help our customers, but we need to be kept informed. We will do everything we can to make this stage of your journey a pleasant experience.
If you arrive later than your booked time, please call us as soon as you know. We monitor schedules, but we rely on your updates so we can adjust staff availability. We’ll always try to accommodate any changes to your arrival time, but delays that are not communicated may result in waiting times.
Yes. Since 29/08/2023, all London Heathrow Terminals are included in the expanded Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ).
Yes, completely! Your car will be parked in a secure, private car park and our valets are carefully selected, mature individuals who are fully insured. We will never hand over your car to anyone without the correct identifying number.
Your vehicle is kept in a fully secured private compound with CCTV, gated access, and regular patrols. Only authorised staff members have access to the parking facility. We treat every vehicle with the same care and protection as if it were our own.
